The spirit of celebrating “Ramadan Kareem” continues as we move to the close of second Ashrah. We are as ever excited and want to make the best of the days left and are also preparing for Eid, which is another beautiful event is just around the corner. For the remaining few days we believe that it is important we share the concern of making the right food choices to you in order to keep our energy intact for late night Ibaadah’s ahead. Keeping you and your family’s health first is quite important. Now we do know there are certain things we should but don’t exclude in our iftar like fried samosa’s and pakora’s, but we can at least use less fatty oil and keep consumption of such items to the absolute minimum.
Once again, considering the hike in temperature, it is
suggested you steer clear of direct sunlight because direct exposure might
cause heatstroke. Carry an umbrella and avoid any unnecessary movements. Order
home delivery or use your evenings to do your grocery shopping. In fact, you
can make a list of items required and jump to our website and shop away all of
your groceries instead of daily trouble. Considering possible dietary deficiencies,
try to have a healthy diet in your sehr and iftar and make sure you make up for
