These tips include the following,

1. Protect Yourself Against Sunburn (Wear Hats, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, etc).

2. Wear Light Weight & Loose Fitted Clothes.

3. Do Not Leave a Child or a Pet in Locked Car.

4. Avoid Unnecessary Movements/ Activities during Most Hot Hours of the Day.

5. Keep Yourself Plenty Hydrated.
